By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. By placing an order at swedm, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have parents' permission to buy from us.

Events outside swedm control shall be considered force majeure.

The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order.

Shipping costs and payment fees are recognized before confirming the purchase.

All orders are processed within 5 business days. Processing times may be longer during new releases, pre-orders, or periods of high demand. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping & Delivery Times:
Shipping times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Sweden: approximately 2–7 business days
European Union: approximately 5–14 business days
Rest of the world: approximately 7–25 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, shipping method, customs clearance, and factors outside of our control. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Delays, Lost or Damaged Shipments:
If your shipment is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within a reasonable time after delivery. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

Items marked as pre-order will be shipped once stock arrives at our warehouse. Estimated shipping windows are provided on the product page and are subject to change due to manufacturing or logistical delays.

If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the order may be shipped together once all items are available.

Shipping options and prices are displayed at checkout before completing your purchase. Shipping rates may vary depending on destination, weight, and selected service.

Tracking is provided for most shipments. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details when available. Please note that tracking availability and update frequency may vary by carrier and destination.

International Shipping:
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or local postal services.
